Hi, I’m Elaine. I founded Sulit Design Studio in 2018 and work from Cape Town with couples here and abroad, designing the identity of a wedding and every piece that carries it.
There is no team behind the curtain. The person who answers your enquiry is the person who draws your monogram, builds your website and prepares your stationery for print.
Away from the studio, I’m a mom of two boys and have been married for 11 years. I was born with 25% hearing, which taught me to approach my work with heart and resilience.

I don’t start with a layout. I start with you: who you are together, the atmosphere you’re imagining, and the story no one else could tell.
Every wedding begins the same way, with your questionnaire and a real wish to understand it. Only then does the design begin, carefully and precisely, until every colour, letter and line feels unmistakably right for your day.
No two couples leave my studio with the same design, because what I make for you was always meant to be yours alone.
