At Sulit Design Studio, every collection is created specifically for you. As all work is custom designed and studio time is reserved exclusively for each client, refunds are handled in accordance with the policy below.


Before Design Work Begins
If you choose to cancel your booking before any design work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered.

Any non-refundable costs already incurred, including domain registrations, hosting, payment processing fees or third-party services, will be deducted from the refund amount.


Once Design Has Started
Once design work has commenced, payments become non-refundable.

This is because studio time has been reserved and work is being created specifically for your wedding.


Completed Projects
Once your website, digital invitation or stationery design has been approved, delivered or published, refunds cannot be provided.


Domain Names & Hosting
Domain registrations are non-refundable once purchased.

Website hosting fees are non-refundable once activated.


Digital Products
Due to the personalised nature of digital products, completed designs cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.


Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced, Sulit Design Studio reserves the right to retain payment for work already completed.

Where appropriate, completed artwork may be supplied up to the value of work completed.


Client Delays
If required information is not supplied within a reasonable timeframe, the project may be placed on hold.

Projects inactive for more than 60 days without communication may be considered cancelled.

Payments made remain non-refundable.


Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests relating to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sulit Design Studio.

Approval of one refund request does not establish a precedent for future requests.


Payment Processing Fees
Where refunds are approved, any transaction fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refunded amount.
