These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services offered by Sulit Design Studio. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


About Sulit Design Studio
Sulit Design Studio is a boutique graphic design studio based in Cape Town, South Africa, specialising in bespoke wedding websites, digital wedding invitations and custom wedding stationery design for couples worldwide.


Services
Sulit Design Studio offers custom design services including:

• Bespoke Wedding Websites

• Digital Wedding Invitations

• Save the Date Designs

• Wedding Stationery Design

• Wedding Monograms

• Website Hosting & Domain Registration

All work is custom designed unless otherwise stated.


Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Payment reserves studio time and secures your place in our production schedule.

No design work will begin until payment has been successfully received.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).


Design Process
Each collection is designed specifically for your wedding.

After booking, you will receive:

• A Welcome Email

• Design Questionnaire

• Timeline

• Next Steps

Once all required information has been received, design work will commence.


Turnaround Times
Turnaround times vary depending on the collection selected and current studio workload.

Estimated timelines are provided as a guide only and may change during peak wedding seasons.

Rush projects may be accepted subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.


Revisions
Each collection includes the number of revisions specified within that package.

Additional revisions or changes beyond the included allowance may incur additional design fees.

Major redesigns requested after approval may be quoted separately.


Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:

• Accurate wording

• Guest information

• Photographs

• Logos or artwork (if applicable)

• Final approval before publication

Sulit Design Studio cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates or information approved by the client.


Domain Names & Hosting
Where included, one custom domain and one year of hosting are provided.

Domain registrations cannot be changed once registered.

Hosting renewals after the first year are charged separately.

Failure to renew hosting may result in website suspension or removal.


Online RSVP
Wedding websites include a custom RSVP form where applicable.

RSVP responses are automatically connected to the client’s Google Sheet.

Clients remain responsible for managing guest responses after delivery.

Sulit Design Studio is not responsible for information entered incorrectly by guests.


Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Sulit Design Studio.

Clients receive the final approved artwork and website only.

Editable working files, including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Elementor, source code or layered design files, are not supplied.

Fonts and licensed assets remain subject to their original licences.


Website Ownership
Once the final website has been delivered and approved, clients are welcome to manage and update their website.

Design concepts, layouts, graphics and custom artwork remain the intellectual property of Sulit Design Studio.


Third-Party Services
Certain services rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Shopify

• WordPress

• Elementor

• Google Workspace

• Google Sheets

• Google Forms

• Domain Registrars

• Website Hosting Providers

• PayFast

Sulit Design Studio is not responsible for outages, pricing changes or technical issues relating to third-party platforms.


Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide an exceptional service, Sulit Design Studio cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or third-party platform performance.

Liability shall be limited to the value of the service purchased.


Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project before work has commenced.

Once design work has begun, cancellation will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.


Privacy
Personal information is collected only for the purpose of delivering design services and communicating with clients.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
